LANDRY-POCHE FARMS: HOME OF 2013 STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL KING

Landry-Poche Farms is proud to announce that for the first time in the small farms 86 year history, they have royalty in their presence. Mark E. Landry, son of Ronald K. and Janice Landry, was announced as the 2013 Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival King Saturday night. Mark will preside over the 42nd Annual Strawberry Festival, held in Ponchatoula, in April. During the next year, Mark will have many opportunities to travel and promote the Louisiana strawberry industry.
"We're very proud to be the home of the 2013 Strawberry Festival King. It's a great honor and one that we are very thankful for. I'm so proud of my brother, and I know he'll be a wonderful representative of the Louisiana strawberry industry," said Rhonda Poche.
