Hi all!
Kristie here. I, unfortunately, missed posting this at the end of the season because well....to be quite honest...most of Nashville was under water. Fun stuff. I was without power or internet (except my trusty blackberry!!) for 8 days. Quite a trying time, to be sure.
Another season has come and gone for our farm. It's difficult for me because I adore our family farm so much and it's ever so difficult for me to be away during this time of year, especially.
I, as well as Rhonda and the rest of my family, thank you ALL for your patronage and friendship. It's because of people like you that we're still around and will continue to be for years to come. We look forward to expanding our operation so that we can better serve the community.
I'm pretty sure anyone that visits this site is friends with Rhonda on Facebook. If you are, you had the pleasure of seeing the very special tshirt that my best friend Heather and I created for her. I'm going to attach it to this blog entry as well. For those that don't know, Rhonda's son (my baby cousin), Joshua, just deployed for Afghanistan this month. Heather and I felt it was important for Rhonda to have something that showed her support for NOT ONLY our country and our troops...but more importantly, for her first born.
A few people have said they would buy the shirts if they were for sale. I'm working on something for people to be able to buy a similar shirt. I thought I had it ALLLLL worked out the other night, but the little gremlins in the internet store took me down, yet again. LOL I'm going to be out of town this weekend but will be working on getting something up in the next couple weeks. Aside from this shirt, I want people to be able to PROUDLY wear their love of our farm. :) I'll keep you guys updated. :)
For now, I'm signing off. I'm leaving in the morning and I have YET to pack. And it's 11pm. Ha. Procrastinating till the very end...that's me! :)
